FC7000.A is a high-density rack-mounted network data acquisition device. Built in 1U rack-space format, it is characterized with high-density interfaces, low power consumption, high reliability and taking smaller space. As such it can be used by operators, governments, armed forces or others with similar requirements. 

FC7000.A rack-mounted flow replication/aggregation device achieves high-density access and pre-processing functions based on carrier-class integrated service gateway hardware and software architecture, and the whole equipment can provide high stability, high reliability, high density, high throughput, low latency and other core capabilities. FC7000 serial equipment can undertake high-density link data acquisition and access tasks, provide customers with accurate traffic aggregation, distribution and other functions, while providing users expanding, cost-effective business value-added solutions. In the standard configuration, the FC7000.A has 48 10GE interfaces. It can optionally be extended to 40GE or 100GE interfaces to meet the needs of carrier network development for link data acquisition and analysis by installing high-performance interface upgrades.

•   High density of interface: 

1U box device provides 48 10 Gigabit interfaces, and can expanded with four 100GE interfaces, thus saving space in the machine room. 

•  Wire speed processing: 

Along the provision of high-density interface, the equipment can process the traffic at full-line rate, thus providing protection for the convergence and processing of large flows of data.

•  Copy:

 The traffic access device can copy the original traffic and the pre-processed traffic separately to provide traffic for multiple applications. FC7000.A can either make 1: n copy of the original traffic on the input interface, or 1: n copy of the processed traffic on the output interface side; so as to provide a flexible and convenient means of access for the traffic simultaneously used by multiple downstream devices.

•   Traffic classification: 

The device classifies the traffic according to the flexible combination of such aspects as IP quintuple, the message characteristics, the string content, and the input interface of the incoming traffic. It carries out the in-depth processing on specific types of messages and policy output according to the result of traffic classification.

•  Intelligent load balancing:

FC7000.A has the capability of intelligent detection and back-end server link status. If the interface chain of the load balancing interface group is broken, the device outputs the traffic load of the interface to other interfaces of the interface group to avoid huge loss of data.

•   Protocol conversion:

FC7000.A supports LAN/WAN mode conversion. It is able to convert 10GWAN input data into 10GE or GE interface output to the back-end server, and support 100GE or 40GE interface input data lines conversion into 10GE or GE link output to the back-end server.

•   Single fiber:

FC7000.A can achieve single-fiber connection in the link with SFP + optical interface, and then the same optical interface can achieve rx, tx separation; a single optical interface rx, tx can get access to different devices, greatly improving the available port density.

•   1 + 1 redundant power supply: 

The hardware is designed to provide high-density interfaces and high processing performance within a 1U rack. It also grants the ability to gain extra redundancy and stability thanks to 1 +1 power supplies.

FC7000.A has a flexible load balancing input algorithm that can be used to develop load balancing algorithms according to user requirements and to ensure session integrity and user integrity.
